Unplug your machine, turn off water supply. Unclip the plastic trim panel across the bottom of the machine front to reveal the circular pump filter cover. Unscrew this cover with your fingers and remove any debris inside I have a pen cap inside. Lay machine flat on its face on an old pillow or similar to stop any damage to the front of the machine.

Make the machine straight and fix the pump filter. Wait for some time and switch on the panel. Should be fine. So as suggested, I lay the machine face down and unclipped the black drain hose on the drum and found 2 small socks.

So my husband and i tilted the machine and unclipped the pump on one side. Low and behold we found a sock blocking the pump. We removed it and the machine is now working as good as new!!!!!
